HOW MUCH IS THE CHALLENGE?

The Challenge is €120, this includes - a dedicated personal coach, goal specific program, three coaching sessions a week, nutrition support, supportive community and impressive results. Working out at €30 per week.

Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start the program right away.

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT ALREADY?
Nope, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the trial.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CHALLENGE?
It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged member by choosing the membership option or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
